Recently, Anushka Sharma turned producer for the upcoming film 'NH10'. And now, Shahid Kapoor will be joining the league, as he is going to co-produce his forthcoming film ' Haider '.

' Haider ' is the desi version of Shakespeare's longest play 'Hamlet', which will be enliven on the silver screen by the director Vishal Bhardwaj . Shahid Kapoor is said to have an equal partnership of 33.33% along with the filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj . UTV Motion Pictures will also be co-producing this flick. Nevertheless, the actor won't be taking the credit of turning a producer for the film. His strong faith in the subject compelled him to turn the producer, as he said.

A major portion of the film is shot in Kashmir and the team has wrapped up with its first schedule. The second schedule is anticipated to kickstart in Kashmir again in January. ' Haider ' also features Tabu and Shraddha Kapoor .
