    Shah Rukh Khan's New Year Resolution is to be Fit

    Shah Rukh Khan has made his resolution to be fit and healthy. SRK expressed his views while attending book launch of 'Shut Up and Train' written by Deanne Panday.

    The "badshah" of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan feels his health needs to be improved for getting a fitter body, as the actor is finding himself as weak and unfit these days.

    SRK came out with an effective idea on this and reportedly, the superstar has made a new year resolution to gain better physique and be fitter. While talking about his new year resolution, Shah Rukh said that "My fitness pledge is - in March, I need to be really, really fit. I want to have a body structure, which I have never had before. I really want to do it. I hope I don't get injured before that," Apparently, Shah Rukh expressed these views at the launch of the fitness book "Shut Up and Train" written by Deanne Panday.

    At present, Shah Rukh Khan is shooting for Farah Khan 's ' Happy New Year ' and the actor follows a strict regime for keeping himself fit and fine.
