Those were the days when an actor’s success was measured in only on the scale of acting talent. And nowadays, an actor’s success is determined on basis how much they earn besides charging a fortune to the producers in terms of remunerations. There are so many ways an actor can earn using their star power and face-value, and Bollywood superstars know how to do it well. As Forbes recently unveiled a list of world’s highest-paid celebrities and Bollywood’s top three earners Shah Rukh Khan , Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar are included in that list.

In the world rankings, Shah Rukh tops the competition in Indian celebrities with total earning of $38 million which is approximately 245 crores and ranked at 65. Whereas Salman Khan ranked at 71 with total earning of $37 million! And to the third spot, Akshay Kumar ranked at 80 with total earning of $35.5 million, which is still quite hefty. Apparently, the list was topped by American rap mogul P. Diddy followed by Queen B Beyonce Knowles, with $130 and $105 million respectively.

There are some new entries too, but most notable were Indian cricketing sensation, Virat Kohli, raking at 89th number in the list of world’s ‘100 highest-paid athletes’ with income of $22 million. Although acting legend Amitabh Bachchan dropped out of the list!
