It looks like after impressing Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani with his craft, the director has now found an admirer in Sanjay Leela Bhansali . Yes, if latest reports are to be believed, SLB might bankroll Mrighdeep Singh Lamba ’s next directorial venture. Just like Fukrey and Fukrey Returns, his next will also be in the comic zone.

“Sanjay and his production house have always supported great content and Mrighdeep’s next script has impressed Bhansali’s team. If things go well, Mrighdeep’s next, also a comedy, will be backed by the filmmaker,” says a source.

News also has it that right after directing a film for Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s production house, Lamba will team up with Excel Entertainment once again to helm the third instalment of the Fukrey franchise.
