Sanjay Dutt is all set to start his second innings in acting with a full swing! Post his release from Jail period, the actor has been busy with handful and poignant projects and is peculiar about the roles he is choosing to portray. Sanjay just wrapped his shooting schedule for the upcoming film Bhoomi , directed by Vanita Omung Kumar and be starring alongside Aditi Rao Hyadri, Shekhar Suman. And as per insider updates, Sanjay Dutt will be in Varanasi for shooting schedule for the second film produced by Omung Kumar , titled Malang , which will be directed by Aarambhh Singh!

In the film Malang , Sanjay Dutt will be playing a character of a man searching for love and, the female protagonist will be playing a CBI agent, for which casting is still in process. As director Aarambhh Singh told, “Sanjay sir, Raaj and I plan to go to Varanasi for the recce because he wants to get a feel of the place and work on the nuances of the character. He will be visiting Varanasi after 10 years and is really excited. He plans to observe the Aghoris (sadhus) as they have a special part to play in the narrative.”

Omung Kumar ’s first movie Bhoomi will release on 22 September this year, whereas Malang is expected to be released in December! The film Malang is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Sandeep Singh in association with Omung Kumar . Post completion of schedule in Varanasi, the next shooting schedule will be in Shimla and meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt and the team of Bhoomi will gear up for the promotional tour for the film!
