Ranbir Kapoor , who will be seen playing Sanjay Dutt in his biopic, will reportedly share the big screen with the senior actor for the first time. If insiders are to be believed then the two will be collaborating for Karan Malhotra ’s next which will be made under the banner of Yash Raj Films. Along with Ranbir and Sanjay joining the men will be Vaani Kapoor . In the past, Karan has helmed Agneepath (2012) and Brothers and he was supposed to direct Shuddhi as well. But as the latter got shelved, he will now be directing a new film with these three actors.

Incidentally, this untitled venture will have many firsts. Besides the fact that Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor are paired together for the first time, it will also have Karan teaming up with these actors for the first time.

Speaking on other details, most of it is being kept under wraps. Considering that the film is expected to be in its initial stages, it is yet to be seen as to when the film will go on floors.

No official confirmation has been made yet. While Ranbir is busy with Brahmastra , Sanjay, on the other hand, has multiple films, and Vaani is prepping up for her first collaboration with Tiger Shroff ’s next.
