Released on 22nd December 2017, Tiger Zinda Hai has emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema and the most successful film of actor Salman Khan ’s career. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar , the action-thriller movie opened to a thunderous response and has been doing phenomenal business ever since its release. Within 23 days of its release, Yash Raj Films’ production has netted a whopping Rs. 325.71 crores. The stupendous success of the movie has not only left the makers delighted but superstar Salman Khan is also happy and wishes that the Hindi film industry delivers more such successful films in 2018.

“I hope the industry has many bigger successes this year. It is important that we see more hits, more blockbusters. It will expand our industry, provide more jobs for people and entertain audiences much more. I’m happy with the business that Tiger Zinda Hai has been doing at the box office,” Salman Khan .

Tiger Zinda Hai smashed a number of box office records ever since it entered in cinemas on 22nd December. But Dabangg Khan says that records are never ever-lasting. “Records are never ever-lasting. Records are meant to be broken and it’s good for new records to happen more frequently. It is healthy and extremely important,” he added.

The superstar is currently shooting for his next film Race 3 , also starring Jacqueline Fernandez , Daisy Shah , Anil Kapoor , Bobby Deol and Saqib Saleem .
