Salman Khan has gifted a new life to filmmaker Anand Balraj , who was lying languish in South Mumbai's hospital with mounting bills.

Few months back, Anand met with an accident at Marine Drive when a taxi rammed into him, while he was getting out of his car. This made both his knees ineffective and then run in debt of mounting hospital bills. When Aditya Pancholi casually called him, he learned about his declining condition and decided to pay the bills.

During a conversation, Aditya informed Salman about Anand's accident. On listening his friend's dilemma, Salman immediately lent his helping hand forward financing his major surgery and has also appointed a physiotherapist for him. With this Anand's health is now on recovering term and he is able to walk again.

It is said that year's back Anand had produced a film ' Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai! ' starring Veena Malik . The film failed at the box-office and made him lose lot of money. This got him addicted to liquor and then the accident happened marking the downfall of his life.
