    'Kick' stars Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez extended their support to Mahinda Rajapakse in the upcoming presidential election

    Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez took a flight to Sri Lanka yesterday, to extend their support to Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse by polling for him in the upcoming re-election bid.

    As per the sources, Salman was requested to lend his support by Rajaspakse's son Namal, who even brought former Miss Sri Lanka Jacqueline on the campaigning board of the presidential election, which is slated to take place on January 8.

    Apart from Salman, BJP social media guru Arvind Gupta has also been hired to handle the social media of Rajapakse's campaign.
