No matter whether his last release was a hit or a flop at the box office, Saif Ali Khan is one such actor who keeps getting one amazing film offer after the other. The National Award winning actor, who already has a number of plum projects in his hand along with a Netflix web-series called Sacred Games, has reportedly signed a new film.

According to a report published in a national daily, Chotey Nawab has given his nod to star in a film titled Soorma. The actor will play the role of an Afghan warrior in the movie, which will be made on a lavish budget. As per a source, "Only Saif’s part has been locked."

Coincidentally, Saif Ali Khan will also be playing a warrior in an Aanand L Rai film which is yet untitled.

Soorma will reportedly mark the production debut of well-known casting director Honey Trehaan who has assisted director Vishal Bhardwaj on almost all his films. The film will be made under Vishal Bhardwaj Films. Other details about the film are still under the wrap.
