The upcoming film ' Roy ' is touted as the romantic-action-drama and features Ranbir Kapoor , Jacqueline Fernandez and Arjun Rampal . While Ranbir will play the male lead, Jacqueline will be rendering double role in this flick. Arjun Rampal will don the hat of a film director, as per the reports. This is the first time Jacqueline will be seen essaying a double role in the film.

The debutant Vikramjit Singh will helm the film and it's scheduled to hit the screens on September 12. Going by the latest news update, the film ' Roy ' will start its shooting from March 28. The producer Bhushan Kumar revealed that "The production and directorial teams have begun the pre-production work. In fact, Vikram and his team are working day in and out with our team to ensure that everything is in place. We'll be shooting the 15-day spell in Mumbai. Then, there is also a 45-day international schedule,"

' Roy ' is said to be the tale of a fun loving person and is likely to showcase a love triangle.
