Actress Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in as the fresh entry in the star cast. The makers have announced the release date of the film.
The sequel movie - 'Rock On!! 2' has been scheduled to hit the theatres on 11 November, 2016. Both, Farhan and Shraddha will croon for the film. Actress Prachi Desai will essay the role of Farhan's wife. Actors Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli will also be seen in the sequel movie in pivotal roles. Directed by Shujaat Saudagar, the movie will be produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani.
