Talented actor Riteish Deshmukh is currently away from Bollywood circuit. But now the buzz is that the actor is planning to make a biopic on Indian Olympic Legend Khashaba Jadhav. Riteish is all set for his next production venture which will be a bilingual biopic. Khashaba Jadhav is India's first ever individual Olympic legend.

The film will be named as 'Pocket Dynamo' and will be produced by Riteish's own production house called Mumbai Film Company. The film will be based on renowned wrestler Khashaba Jadhav's life who was India's first individual Olympic Medal holder in 1952 Olympics.

Riteish has reported to have acquired the rights from Khashaba Jadhav Vikas Sanstha to make this biopic. The wrestler was coined as 'Pocket Dynamo'. The trust 'Khashaba Jadhav Vikas Sanstha' has been formed by Khashaba Jadhav's s Ranjit Jadhav. The film will be made in both Marathi and Hindi language and will be produced in a collaboration with Line.exe productions.

Riteish has confirmed this news lately. He said that he has acquired the rights to make the biopic based on wrestler Khashaba Jadhav's life. He expressed his gratitude towards Ranjit Jadhav for letting the banner to make the biopic. Riteish also expressed that Khashaba Jadhav has a noteworthy journey and he has earned our country its first prestigious international medal. During the course of time, Khashaba Jadhav's story was lost so he wants to revive the Olympic medal holder's story on screen. Riteish said that Khashaba Jadhav is a true hero who oughts to have to be remembered and honored. He promised that they will work hard to do justice to the portrayal of his achievements and they are currently working on the script for the same.
