Actors Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri are soon going to entertain the audience with their upcoming much-talked about flick Banjo. Riteish enjoyed every moment of filming for this venture.
A huge chunk of this movie was filmed at Worli Koliwada in Mumbai. During the shoot, the locals at Worli Koliwada brought some delicious homemade Koli food for Riteish and team of the film. A source present at the location said "The village locals, fond of Riteish, would call him Mauli. (One of his character's name in earlier outing). Out of love for him, they'd get him authentic delicacies including Koli fish curry, Phatlun Shipi Curry and other varieties of seafood."
Every day, the locals were happy to serve multiple Koli dishes to the film's team and the shoot was going on for around a month. It was very delightful and humbling experience as the locals showered lots of love on everyone in the team, said the source.
Banjo directed by Ravi Jadhav releases on September 23.
