Rishi Kapoor to play Amitabh Bachchan’s son!

Seen on screens, mostly as friends or brothers, the relation of Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor is about to take a leap. Yes, it’s confirmed. Amitabh will be seen playing 102 year-old father to Rishi Kapoor’s 75 year-old character in an upcoming film 102 Not Out.

Film 102 Not Out is based on a Gujarati play of the same name. Its story is about a father-son duo. Where 102 year-old father is full of aspirations and dreams, while his 75 year- old son is cynical and cautious about life. Considering the character’s personality, Big B is just apt for the role of a full of life 102-year-old man. And, Rishi Kapoor being sarcastic enough, is also the best find to play the son’s character.

Film 102 Not Out will be directed by Umesh Shukla. He has earlier worked on films like OMG! Oh My God and All The Best, both inspired by Gujarati plays.
