    Rishi Kapoor to essay Abhishek Bachchan's father in 'Mere Apne'

    The ace star Rishi Kapoor will be portraying Abhishek Bachchan\'s father\'s role in Pumesh Shukla\'s upcoming film \'Mere Apne\'. Asin Thottumkal will be playing the female lead.

    The star-kid and the star himself, Abhishek Bachchan has already commenced the shooting on October 16 for Umesh Shukla 's next, 'Mere Apne', reportedly and the movie has got another powerful star to enhance its beauty.

    As per the latest news update, the ace actor Rishi Kapoor will be stepping in the shoes of Abhishek Bachchan 's father in this flick. The filmmaker Shukla attested the news by mentioning that 'Mere Apne' speaks about the family values, however it is not all preachy, in fact it is loaded with fun and humour that collectively constitute to the entertainment. The shooting of the film is said to be done at different locations like Dubai, London, Sikkim and Himachal Pradesh.

    'Mere Apne' stars Asin Thottumkal as the female lead and is slated to hit the screens in the year 2014.
