The release date of the Dharma Productions ' upcoming film ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' has been announced. Initially the movie was slated for release in the first month of the year 2013, but now there is news that its release has been delayed by nearly three months. The latest date finalized for its release is March 29, 2013.

Recently, the producer Karan Johar posted on a micro-blogging saying: "Our Ranbir-deepika film titled Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani directed by Ayan Mukherjee will now release March 29th, 2013..."

' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' is the second directorial venture of Ayan Mukherjee with Dharma Productions '. It is also his second film with Ranbir Kapoor , who was cast in his directorial debut film ' Wake Up Sid '.

Apart from Ranbir Kapoor , the film ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Kalki Koechlin . And Deepika Padukone is the leading lady opposite Ranbir. Evelyn Sharma , a new face is also a part of this movie.

Ranbir and Deepika's first onscreen venture was Siddharth Raj Anand 's romantic comedy ' Bachna Ae Haseeno ' that released in the year 2008 and was declared a semi-hit at the box-office. ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' is their second film together.

The film has been shot in exotic locations like Turkey, Rajasthan and Udaipur.
