Rekha's 'Super Nani' to hit the screens on May 1

Freshly, the news updates were out by saying that the film \'Action Jackson\' starring Ajay Devgn and Vipul Shah\'s \'Holiday - A Soldier Is Never Off Duty\' moved their release dates. And the makers of the upcoming film \'Super Nani\' featuring Rekha, have reportedly planned to release their film on May 1, 2014.

The producer of the film \'Super Nani\', Ashok Thakeria stated that \"We were aiming for a vacation release. Since the movie has children as its target audience, we wanted to release \'Super Nani\' after the exams are over. So May is an idle month. And since the two big films got pushed, we thought of taking advantage and locked May 1 for \'Super Nani,\" Talking about the plot of the film, the producer said that \"It\'s a family entertainer and a beautiful story of a grandmother and her grandson. Rekhaji plays the title role. It\'s quite a challenging role. I hope the audience, especially kids, will like it,\" The movie will be directed by Indra Kumar.

\'Super Nani\' features Rekha, Randhir Kapoor, Sharman Joshi and Shweta Kumar.
