People got excited when they came to know about B-Town’s fashionistas Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor starring together in film Veere Di Wedding . However, the recent update might upset them a bit. As the shooting schedule of this film has been postponed from May to August.

Veere Di Wedding went on the floor last year in October, but citing to Kareena’s pregnancy the shoot was put on halt. Later, it was expected to resume in May but then Sonam got busy with film PadMan and Dutt’s biopic.

As per the recent update by producer Rhea Kapoor , second schedule of  Veere Di Wedding  will begin in August. Till then, Sonam is expected to complete the filming of her in-hand projects. Later, she also stated that they will be shooting few scenes in May, but the major part will be shot in flat 55 days in August.

As the title suggests, film Veere Di Wedding ’s plot revolves around a fun-filled wedding. It has four central characters – Kareena, Sonam, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania. It is helmed by director Shashankha Ghosh.
