Now, Ranveer is all set to step in the shoes of a rapper for the first time for a television commercial. Ranveer has been picked up as the brand ambassador by the brand Durex and for the television commercial of this brand, Ranveer will be seen doing a rap.

The commercial will be launched on April 23. Talking about this, the actor revealed in a statement that "As an actor and as an individual, I have a propensity for pushing the envelope, breaking the mould and taking the road less travelled." He further added that "Over the past three and a half years that I've been a part of the Hindi film industry, I've declined several tempting endorsement offers. And now, finally I'm doing the commercial for world's leading brand Durex. I will also create awareness around sexual wellbeing and promote safe sex through this campaign,"

At present, Ranveer is filming for ' Kill Dil ' alongside Parineeti Chopra .
