The ever-energetic Ranveer Singh made his entry in Bollywood with Yash Raj Films’ Band Baaja Baarat and in no time, he became the nation’s favourite. The 32-year-old was launched by Aditya Chopra but he got the chance to work in Adi’s film in 2016, which was, Befikre . Though their last film couldn’t manage to do any wonders at the box office, it is reported that Adi will direct Ranveer in yet another film. If sources are to be believed then the upcoming film will follow the lead of a typical Yash Chopra Films and will be nowhere close to Befikre.

The source said, “Adi and Ranveer have met and extensively discussed their next film together. It will be a contemporary theme but not a sexually-charged film like Befikre. It will be more in the tradition of Yash Raj Films. Ranveer will play a lovable family guy, whom everyone from the daadi to the didi dotes on.”

On the work front, Ranveer is neck tight busy with multiple films. The Padmaavat actor is currently shooting for Zoya Akhtar ’s Gully Boy , after that, he will start shooting Rohit Shetty ’s Simmba , which will release on 28th December 2018, and then he has Kabir Khan ’s 83 .
