We had reported our readers that actor Ranveer Singh will feature in film maker Aditya Chopra 's directorial ' Befikre ', which is already a much talked about film. Yash Raj films head honcho announced the film and, soon it became the talk of the town. The film's leading lady is Vaani Kapoor . In a recent media interaction, Ranveer opened up about bagging this lucrative project.

Ranveer stated that "It's a matter of great pride and honour. It means a lot to me that I'm starring in my mentor's film. All the films that he has directed till date, he has made them with the one and only Shah Rukh Khan and now, I'm getting a chance to act in his film." He further added, "Just the fact that I'm getting to work with Adi sir is a big deal for me but I'm happy that I'm collaborating with him on his freshest story. Whatever you expect out of an Aditya Chopra film, this is unlike anything that he has ever made before."
