    Ranveer Singh commences preparing for his role of Alauddin Khilji in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming movie Padmavati.

    The handsome and energetic Ranveer Singh is all set to garner praises for his upcoming film Befikre and the actor has bagged his next, which is Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati that also stars Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor.

    Ranveer Singh commences prepping up for Padmavati

    Ranveer will portray the role of Alauddin Khilji in this flick. He has reportedly started prepping up for the film Padmavati . For this, he has commenced knowing everything about Alauddin Khilji through reading as well as he is taking diction classes. In order to achieve perfect physique, Ranveer is intensely working out for long hours. He has begun to read about nefarious men in the history, Alauddin Khilji being a dark character.

    The actor cuts himself off from the people for some time to get under the skin of Alauddin Khilji and works on the dialogues, mannerisms, body language to play the role of this villainous historic character in a convenient way.
