Ranveer and Sonakshi to depict vintage romance in 'Lootera'

Now everyone knows that the stunning Sonakshi Sinha will be seen romancing Ranveer Singh in upcoming period drama \'Lootera\'. This brand new \'jodi\' has already clutched a lot of interests from the audience. The industry people say that the onscreen chemistry of this pair is delicate yet smouldering. \'Lootera\' is set in the 1950\'s with having amiable Kolkata and snow-capped Dalhousie at its backdrop.

The chemistry between Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha is getting compared with the other rocking pairs like Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha, Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore and Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. The filmmaker Karan Johar mentioned that this pair is one of the most exciting pairs, as they possess entirely diverse energies. But jointly, they have passion written all over them. Karan praised the film \'Lootera\' saying that it is like an exceptional treat to enjoy on silver screen.

The director Vikramaditya Motwane explained that the passion and intensity are the two most significant things, which he intends to bring in the characters of his movie. Like seasoned actors, Ranveer and Sonakshi have together made a successful portrayal of their love, the director said.
