After overcoming lots of obstacles in its path, finally the film ' Rang Rasiya ' will see the day light. This period-drama features Randeep Hooda and Nandana Sen and in inspired from the 19th century famous painter Raja Ravi Verma, as per the report. The film was scheduled to release in 2008, but its trailer confronted multiple censor issues and after six years, the movie is all set to release.

Going by the report, the passionate romantic tale ' Rang Rasiya ' will hit the screens this year in Diwali. The rising popularity of Randeep Hooda is expected to assist a lot in the performance of this film at the box office. Randeep was loved by the audience for his rugged looks and performance in ' Highway ' and also he will impress the viewers in Salman Khan starrer ' Kick '. Nandana Sen disappeared from the limelight for a while post her marriage with the entrepreneur John Makinson. But, the actress will be coming to India for the promotions of ' Rang Rasiya '. She is presently residing in New York.
