' and a free bird in recently released ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani '. Now , for the first time in his career, the charming chocolate boy is all set to don the hat of a detective in his next venture.

As the grapevine tweets, Ranbir will be seen essaying the role of a detective in his next project. Ranbir will be seen as Sherlock Holmes, but in a Desi version. The film will be Ranbir's own production venture and his lucky mascot Anurag Basu will be helming this film. The reports say that Anurag will co-produce the film as well along with Ranbir.

The movie may be named as 'Jagga Jasoos' and may commence its shoot from next year. The source also revealed that 'Jagga Jasoos' will be running on the theme of 'Sherlock Holmes meeting James Bond for Mission Impossible'. The film is said to possess all the necessary masala ingredients which are essential for any Bollywood masala film. The film will be stuffed with enchanting music, some humor and some action sequences.
