Ranbir Kapoor plays street-fighter Johnny Balraj in 'Bombay Velvet'

The much-awaited first look of 'Bombay Velvet' is finally out now and is rising the curiosity of the viewers. Going by the report, the lead actor Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role of a street-fighter Johnny Balraj in this flick.

Ranbir filmed some cage fighting scenes and for this, the actor underwent rigorous boxing lessons. The star is ready to flaunt his dare-devil avatar and will romance Anushka Sharma. The filmmaker Karan Johar will essay a villain in the film.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the thriller-romantic movie 'Bombay Velvet' will hit the screens on May 15, 2015.
