    Ramesh Taurani’s daughter starts prep for her directorial debut!

    The untitled film will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala.

    Well-known filmmaker Ramesh Taurani ’s daughter Sneha is all set to wield the megaphone for an upcoming dance-based film. The yet-to-be-titled film revolves around the evolution of Bhangra and is expected to hit the shooting floor soon. The film will be produced by Ronnie Screwvala and has been written by Dheeraj Rattan . Rattan has previously written many Punjabi blockbusters of superstar Diljit Dosanjh .

    Sneha is, meanwhile, assisting Akarsh Khurana on the Irrfan Khan -starrer Karwaan , which marks the Hindi debut of Malayalam actor Dulquer Salmaan and actress Mithila Palkar .

    “Dheeraj ji took me through the script and I immediately fell in love with it. We are currently working on the final draft of the script. It’s a love story of two characters with a part set in the past and another in the present time. We are gearing up to begin prep soon,” Sneha says about her directorial debut.
