    Rajkummar Rao to play Subhash Chandra Bose in Hansal Mehta’s web series

    Director Hansal Mehta signs Rajkummar Rao for a web series based on Subhash Chandra Bose’s life.

    Rajkummar Rao to play Subhash Chandra Bose in Hansal Mehta’s web series

    Hansal Mehta is all set to take his favourite actor Rajkummar Rao to the web world. Reportedly, he is going to cast the actor in freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose’s character in his upcoming web series.

    In his latest media interaction, Rajkummar confirmed about this venture saying, “The web series is an attempt to bring alive the story of Bose to the current generation.” When asked more about his role, he quickly replied, “This is why we need a show on Bose. Because if we were making one on (Mahatma) Gandhi, you wouldn’t ask me this.”

    This particular web series will go live on ALTBalaji.
