According to the grapevine, actress Parineeti Chopra has been signed in for a Dharma Productions project, which will be directed by Punit Malhotra . She has already impressed the audiences with her role in YRF venture ' Ishaqzaade ' that stared Arjun Kapoor in the lead role.

' Ishaqzaade ' was the debut film of both Parineeti Chopra as well as Boney Kapoor 's son Arjun Kapoor . And both were fantastic with their performances. It seems as if this flick has proved to be a lucky one for both these stars as recently there was news that Arjun Kapoor has bagged the film being produced by Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiadwala , which is the film adaptation of Chetan Bhagat 's best-selling novel ' 2 States '.

And apparently now it is Parineeti's turn to be signed in by the Dharma Productions . She had played a brash and outspoken character in ' Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl ' and had given good competition to Anushka Sharma , who was cast opposite Ranveer Singh .

If rumours are to be believed then her character in the Punit Malhotra 's directorial venture will be quite similar to that of ' Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl '
