It is learnt that there has been a major change in the cast of the film 'Sher', which stars Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi in the lead. Initially, Prakash Raj was to play the role of the villain in this film but due to some issues he has opted out and now Paresh Rawal has joined the 'Sher' cast.

Sources reveal that perhaps Prakash Raj had some monetary issues and hence walked out. But according to an insider, the reason behind this is something more than just monetary issue. It seems that Prakash Raj had some problem with the script as well.

By the time Prakash Raj started his shoot for 'Sher', his part in the film had changed significantly. Script was not the same what he had been narrated earlier. He was perhaps not happy with the constant changes made in the script and hence thought it better to walk out.

Paresh Rawal is known to be exceptionally fastidious about the script. So he replaced Prakash Raj and joined the cast of 'Sher' at the last-minute.
