There is no doubt that fans are super excited for the ideal collaboration between Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh to happen on the silver screen as everyone liked their previous first collaboration, which was a promotional short film for a noodle brand. And the news was making rounds that soon Ranveer Singh will be working on action film with director Rohit Shetty as soon as Ranveer is done with the in-hand projects like Padmavati and Gully Boy ! Though, meanwhile there were some rumors that Ranveer Singh will be debuting as a film producer for Rohit Shetty ’s action flick!

As per the internal sources, Ranveer’s father only suggested the idea of Ranveer turning a silent producer for this movie like his father was a said-to-be silent producer for the Ranveer Singh ’s debut film Band Baajaa Baaraat . He further suggested that he may act in it, without being an investor and have a share of the back-end profits.” Definitely a sound word of advice! But it turns out that Ranveer Singh is not interested in owning such responsibilities and eventually debunked the rumors.

As for the Rohit-Ranveer’s collaborative film, so it would be a remake of Telugu film Temper, which was an action-packed drama, unlike Rohit Shetty ’s trademark comedy film! Though there are still no updates on who will be featured against Ranveer Singh and how the original screenplay would be reinvented and as for the updates, the shooting schedule for the film would start from January, next year.
