As per the source close to the film, Katrina will be playing an Indian character who is very much traditional in her approach. Thugs Of Hindostan is a period film, therefore she has a vital part to portray.

Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Thugs Of Hindostan will be Katrina’s second film with Aamir Khan. Earlier, they starred together in Dhoom 3 and were directed by the same director.

Film Thugs Of Hindostan is expected to go on the floors in June. It also stars megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir’s find Fatima Sana Shaikh.
