    New girl Malavika Mohanan replaces Deepika Padukone in Majid Majidi's film

    Theater actress Malavika Mohanan replaced Deepika Padukone in Majid Majidi's Beyond The Cloud.

    The acclaimed Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi has finalized Malavika Mohanan as the leading lady of his first Indian film Beyond The Clouds.

    New girl Malavika Mohanan replaces Deepika Padukone in Majid Majidi’s film

    Earlier, Deepika Padukone was supposed to do the role that has now gone on to Malavika. For which, she had also given the look test in a de-glam avatar.

    Talking about Majidi’s new find, Malavika is a theater actress and daughter of renowned cinematographer KU Mohanan. She has modeled for travel magazines and fashion brands, earlier.
