March 15 was celebrated as the 'World Sleep Day' to raise the awareness on sleep related issues. One such film related to the issue is ' Sona Spa ' featuring Naseeruddin Shah in the lead role.

The veteran actor suggested the importance of a sleep stating that getting a good night's sleep is possible at any age and is important for overall health. Many of them live a hectic life and there is always a new challenging day ahead. One needs to give 100 percent to his work life and equally take care of one's health too. This can be attained by getting a proper night sleep.

Talking about his upcoming movie on the same issue he disclosed that it was a satire on the god men of our country, In ' Sona Spa ' one will see sleep workers sleeping as a proxy for people with hectic busy life. He told that he was pretty convinced with the idea as he had seen the rehearsals of the play on which the movie was based.

He further said he never take a deliberate effort to be different in choice of work and that he take pride in him that many of his movies had a variety and that was not because of him but because of the filmmakers and writers. ' Sona Spa ' will release on March 22.
