Nandita Das to star opposite her husband in a Spanish movie

We earlier reported about B-Town beauty Nandita Das to feature in a Spanish film. And the further news update regarding the same says that in this film, Nandita will be playing wife to her real life husband, Subodh Maskara. So, the Spanish movie \'Traces of Sandalwood\' will star Nandita opposite her husband as an onscreen couple too.

Anna Solerpont is the author of the book on which the movie is inspired from and Solerpont has penned down the script for this flick, reportedly. The camera will start rolling for this film from this month and as per the buzz, the shooting will take place in Mumbai locations. This movie will mark Subodh\'s debut in the acting field. In 2012, Nandita got the script of this flick and she had the desire to work with her husband on the silver screen.

Upon this, Nandita shared her views by saying that \"Between The Lines\" is the stage play in which they are already essaying husband-wife\'s roles. This is for the second time, the couple received the offer of portraying an onscreen couple in this film. She further added that after seeing Nandita along with her husband, Anna decided to cast them together in the movie. Nandita revealed that this opportunity has brought loads of excitement as well as a bit of nervousness to Subodh, as acting in films is an altogether different thing from that of in theatre.

Nandita Das exchanged marital vows with the entrepreneur Subodh Maskara in the year 2010 and they are parents to a 3-year old son, Vihaan.
