    Nana Patekar donates money for drought relief

    It is a familiar fact to all that one of the most versatile actors of Bollywood, Vishwanath Patekar aka Nana Patekar is also famous for his outspoken nature. But, another side of the coin says that Nana Patekar is also well-known for his generous nature.

    It is a familiar fact to all that one of the most versatile actors of Bollywood, Vishwanath Patekar aka Nana Patekar is also famous for his outspoken nature. But, another side of the coin says that Nana Patekar is also well-known for his generous nature.

    The talented artist was conferred with the esteemed Raj Kapoor Award for his valuable contribution to the Indian Cinema. Rs. 10 lakhs was the cash prize of this award. But, the great personality like Nana Patekar did not take the amount to his home. Instead of it, the actor donated the entire amount to the drought relief. The noble reason for this charity by Nana Patekar is the paralysis the state Maharashtra is confronting these days because of the worst dearth of water.
