    Actress Asha Bhosle who will be seen in her debut film ‘Mai’ was apparently asked about her sudden decision to act.

    Actress Asha Bhosle who will be seen in her debut film ' Mai ' was apparently asked about her sudden decision to act. She attributed her decision to the fact that she and her siblings used to call her mother as ' Mai ' and loved her a lot. She further added that it was all because of her that she and her siblings grew up to become successful singers.

    She also said that when she was told that the film's name would be ' Mai ', she was quite moved.

    The film which is about the close knit bond between a mother and her child, stars Ram Kapoor and Padmini Kolhapure apart from Asha Bhosle . The movie will release on 1st February 2013.
