Recently, there were reports that Big B has been approached to star in South superstar Chiranjeevi 's next film. Now, reportedly, it has been confirmed that the actor is indeed doing the mega-budgeted film, titled, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. A source has confirmed that Senior Bachchan has agreed to do the movie but wasn’t prepared to reveal much more. The story of the film is said to be based on freedom fighter Kurnool.

Nayanthara , who is one of the most popular actresses down south, has been cast to play the leading lady of the film which is a Surender Reddy directorial. It is being reported that the film will be made on a lavish budget.
