    Manav Vij steps into R. Madhavan's shoes in Battle Of Buxar

    Madhavan had to bow of the project due to his severe shoulder injury.

    According to a report published on a popular entertainment portal, well-known film and television actor Manav Vij has been chosen to replace actor R. Madhavan in the upcoming film Battle Of Buxar. The film also features Saif Ali Khan in the lead role.

    With Battle Of Buxar, Saif Ali Khan and R. Madhavan were all set to reunite after 17 years of Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein . But the former had to opt out of the project due to his sudden shoulder injury.

    According to some sources of the portal, actor Manav Vij has been finalized to play the part, which earlier Madhavan was roped in to portray. Vij made his TV debut with Ekta Kapoor 's Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and has been part of many hit shows and films ever since.

    Battle Of Buxar will be helmed by NH 10 fame Navdeep Singh . Besides Saif Ali Khan and Manav Vij , the movie will also feature Zoya Hussain in a pivotal role. The actress made her acting debut with Anurag Kashyap 's Mukkabaaz .
