BollywoodMDB has been updating our readers regarding all the latest updates about actress Vidya Balan ’s upcoming film Tumhari Sulu . The latest news is that, the makers were on a look out for an actor who will play Vidya’s onscreen husband which is also a strong character named Ashok. Now, their hunt has come to rest as actor Manav Kaul has been roped in for the role.

Talking about Manav’s role, Tumhari Sulu ’s director Suresh Triveni said, “Our search for the character of Ashok lasted for two months. We finally zeroed down on Manav, who is a fine, seasoned actor capable of blending into different roles. We were looking for someone solid opposite Vidya and Manav fits the bill to the tee.”

Vidya Balan essays the role of a late-night love RJ named Sulochna fondly known as Sulu in the film. The film is jointly produced by T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment. It is set to release on December 1, 2017!
