    Konkona Sen Sharma directorial debut 'A Death in the Gunj' to get a commercial release

    Konkona Sen Sharma's directorial debut film A Death in the Gunj have finalized April 2017 for the commercial release.

    After garnering positive review at international film festivals, actress Konkona Sen Sharma is all set for the commercial release of her directorial debut film - A Death in the Gunj.

    Konkana Sen Sharma directorial debut ‘A Death in the Gunj’ to get a commercial release

    Producer of the film Honey Trehan confirmed the news, stating that they are looking forward for April 2017 release. However, they are yet to finalize the date.

    A Death in the Gunj is set in the winters of 1979. It revolves around the story of uneventful family holiday. Check out its intriguing trailer here:

    Konkona has featured, written and directed the film. She has brought eminent actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Kalki Koechlin, Gulshan Deviah,Vikrant Massey, Ranveer Shorey and Tillotama Shome among others, on the board.
