    Katrina Kaif, Sushant Singh Rajput to star in 'Half Girlfriend'

    Katrina Kaif and Sushant Singh Rajput will feature in Mohit Suri's upcoming directorial 'Half Girlfriend'.

    Ekta Kapoor 's upcoming flick ' Half Girlfriend ' has finalized its lead pair. Going by the report, Katrina Kaif and Sushant Singh Rajput will star in the film ' Half Girlfriend '. The movie is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat 's novel of the same title and is directed by Mohit Suri .

    ' Half Girlfriend ' was in news for its star cast and Katrina and Sushant have been locked in as the lead pair. Prior to this, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt were likely to essay the lead, however the things couldn't materialize. Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were also in talks with the director Suri, but it couldn't work out.

    Finally, Katrina Kaif and Sushant Singh Rajput bagged the role and we will see their on-screen chemistry on the big screen as lovers.
