Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar had recently posted a picture of his leading lady in ' Heroine ' Kareena Kapoor , smoking a cigarette, on Twitter. Although, it was a still from the film, the audiences might not get to see this particular shot in the theatrical trailer.

The shots of Kareena's smoking in the trailer have been duly chopped off by the Censor Board. And the Censor Board has decided to blur out all the scenes in the movie that show Kareena smoking. But as far as the trailer is concerned, scenes showing smoking stand banned.

J.P. Singh, CBFC's Regional Officer Mumbai, has confirmed the censoring of Kareena's smoking scene. He was quoted saying that the Board had taken decision earlier that they would not allow any smoking scene in the trailer since the trailers do not show any disclaimer about smoking.

So when the film is released in September this year, all the scenes that show Kareena smoking would be blurred out.
