    Karan Johar might play Alia Bhatt's Dad in 'Shaandar'

    Director Vikas Bahl is keen to get producer Karan Johar to play Alia Bhatt's dad in his upcoming film 'Shaandar'.

    After Sajid Khan and Govinda rejected the role of Alia Bhatt 's father in ' Shaandaar ', now the young actress is likely to find her dad in her real-life mentor Karan Johar . The buzz being director Vikas Bahl is quite impressed with Karan's acting in ' Bombay Velvet ' and desperately wants him to act in his upcoming film ' Shaandaar '.

    The other side of the news also reveals that Karan is busy being a producer of Dharma Productions and has no time to be an actor at present. But Vikas is determined to get him on board and he is trying every possible way to convince him for ' Shaandaar '.

    Well, even we hope Karan agrees to this "Shaandar" offer so that we get an example of how actually he guides Alia in her real life too.
