The muscular Bollywood hunk John Abraham is gearing up for his forthcoming action drama Force 2 as he plays police officer and performs dashing, brand new action stunts in this outing. John Abraham is producing a Marathi movie and going by the report, this venture will start rolling in March.

John stated this at an event where he was attending the trailer launch of Marathi movie Fugay directed by Swapna Waghmare Joshi. He praised this trailer and talked about his production venture by saying "I am doing my first production with Swapna and we are hopefully starting in March. It's a fantastic script. I am really excited and looking forward to working with her."

The actor said "I know how to speak in Marathi, though my grammar is not good, but I am proud of being a Marathi 'mulga' (boy) as I am born and brought up in Mumbai. I am a hardcore Mumbaikar. My best friend lives here. I studied in Bombay Scottish School and I love this place."

John appreciated the content of Marathi and Malayalam films and stated that the Hindi movies should borrow their talent for making a good cinema.
