The muscle hunk John Abraham is one of the fitness freaks of Bollywood. But the actor had to change his habits during shooting for action drama Dishoom . John Abraham portrays a mean, tough cop, who is a chain smoker. He had to smoke more than 60 cigarettes a day while filming for this flick. The actor is a complete disciplined non-smoker in real life.

Throughout the schedule of the movie, John ended up smoking over 600 cigarettes and now he reportedly turned to a complete detox diet for getting the tobacco out of his system. He has doubled his water intake and eats raw vegetable juices and green salads. For sweating the toxins out, John has included more cardio in his regime.

John said that in no way he endorses smoking and it has bad effects on your health. The actor had to smoke the cigarettes as it was integral part of the script.
