    Jhanvi Kapoor, Ishaan not to star in Sairat Hindi remake

    Sridevi's elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan will not feature in the Hindi remake of Marathi film Sairat.

    BollywoodMDB earlier reported about the filmmaker Karan Johar arriving with Hindi remake of the recent Marathi blockbuster Sairat. This remake was said to feature fresh faces, Sridevi's elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan.

    However, the recent news update revealed that the star kids, Jhanvi and Ishaan will not star in this remake and a close friend of the filmmaker Johar said, "Karan is not even thinking of who will star in the Hindi remake of Sairat. Whether he will make it as stark a realistic drama as the original in Marathi, or spruce it up and cast glamorous newcomer remains to be seen. So, there’s no question of casting anyone yet,” as per the report.

    The possibility is high that Jhanvi and Ishaan will be seen debuting in different movies, as per the buzz.
