Javed Akhtar feels Shahrukh Khan's Punishment is little Harsh

A few days back, when Shah Rukh Khan had a quarrel with MCA\'a security in Wankhede Stadium, Shah Rukh Khan was banned for 5 years from entering into the stadium. Different people have different reactions on this news. However, Javed Akhtar, who is a renowned writer (mostly know for his films Sholay, Deewaar etc) has come in support of Shah Rukh Khan. According to him, the punishment which has been imposed on Shah Rukh Khan, as a ban for 5 years, is \'little harsh\'.

When asked about his views on the issue Javed Akhtar told reporters in Mumbai on Saturday, \"I don\'t know what has happened in detail. But from whatever I know, I feel it\'s more of an over reaction. I don\'t know exactly what happened, so I can\'t judge. But there is no need to react like this. I have no right to take sides, but I feel that the punishment is a little harsh,\"
