    Jacqueline Fernandez celebrates Sridevi's work.

    In a series of tweets, Jacqueline Fernandez has paid a tribute to India's first female superstar Sridevi.

    Sridevi was one of the few actresses who has enjoyed commercial as well as critical acclaim for her work across the country. The actress has delivered box office hits like Mr. India , Chandni , Chaalbaaz , Himmatwala , Lamhe and many more. Sridevi also has many iconic evergreen songs like 'Hawa Hawai,'Kaate Nahi kat te', 'Mere Haathon Mein', 'Nainon Mein Sapna' to her credits. The actress passed away on 24 and the whole nation mourned her death. While many Bollywood celebs paid condolences and tribute to her, actress Jacqueline Fernandez also tweeted few tributary quotes for the actress.

    Jacqueline, who is known for her entertaining body of work and a slew of chartbusters, gave a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Sridevi. Jacqueline Fernandez tweeted, "Sridevi ji has left behind a remarkable body of work. She was a people's superstar. She will live with us through her work, her songs!!"

    The film fraternity and fans of Sridevi together gave a final farewell to Sridevi .
